الشروط والأحكام

تحكم هذه الشروط استخدام نظام Reach Your Deal. باستخدام النظام يقر المستخدم بأنه قرأ هذه الشروط وفهمها ووافق عليها.

1. طبيعة النظام

Reach Your Deal نظام تقني مستقل يوفر أدوات مساعدة وتنظيمية لمكاتب الطباعة ومقدمي الخدمات والمستخدمين، بما في ذلك تنظيم المعاملات وإعداد المستندات وأدوات PDF والصور والحاسبات والفواتير والقوالب وروابط الخدمات. النظام ليس جهة حكومية ولا يمثل أو يتبع أو يعمل نيابةً عن أي وزارة أو هيئة أو دائرة حكومية إلا عند الإفصاح صراحةً عن تفويض رسمي محدد.

2. الروابط الخارجية

قد يوفر النظام روابط إلى بوابات حكومية أو مواقع أطراف ثالثة للتسهيل. إدراج الرابط لا يعني شراكة أو اعتماداً أو تمثيلاً رسمياً. تخضع المواقع الخارجية لشروطها وسياساتها ولا يتحكم النظام في توفرها أو محتواها أو قراراتها.

3. المعاملات

لا يضمن النظام قبول أو اعتماد أو إنجاز أي طلب أو معاملة. القبول والرفض والمستندات الإضافية والرسوم ومدة الإنجاز وشروط الخدمة تحددها الجهة المعنية، وعلى المستخدم التحقق من أحدث المتطلبات الرسمية.

4. مسؤولية المستخدم

يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية صحة واكتمال وحداثة ومشروعية البيانات والمستندات التي يدخلها أو يرفعها أو يصدرها، ويقر بامتلاكه الحق أو التفويض أو الموافقة اللازمة لمعالجة بيانات أو مستندات الأشخاص الآخرين.

5. الاستخدام المحظور

يحظر استخدام النظام للتزوير أو الاحتيال أو انتحال الهوية أو تعديل مستند بقصد التضليل أو استخدام بيانات دون تصريح أو تجاوز صلاحيات الوصول أو أي نشاط مخالف للقوانين المعمول بها في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

6. أدوات المستندات

أدوات المسح والقص والضغط والدمج وإعادة ترتيب الصفحات والتحويل وDocument Pack أدوات معالجة فنية. المستخدم مسؤول عن مراجعة الملف النهائي والتأكد من وضوحه واكتماله وصحته ومطابقته لمتطلبات الجهة.

7. الحاسبات والرسوم

الحاسبات والتقديرات المالية أدوات مساعدة ولا تعد تسعيراً حكومياً أو استشارة ضريبية أو محاسبية. يجب التحقق من الرسوم والنسب الفعلية من الجهة المختصة، وتكون المعلومات الرسمية هي المرجع عند التعارض.

8. القوالب والمعلومات

القوالب والنماذج والشروحات لأغراض تنظيمية ومعلوماتية عامة ولا تشكل استشارة قانونية أو ضريبية أو محاسبية أو قراراً حكومياً.

9. أمن الحساب

المستخدم مسؤول عن سرية بيانات الدخول والأنشطة المنفذة من حسابه وعليه الإبلاغ عن أي وصول غير مصرح به.

10. الملكية الفكرية

يظل تصميم النظام وبرمجته وعلامته ومحتواه المملوك للمشغل محمياً وفق القانون ولا تمنح هذه الشروط حق نسخ النظام أو إعادة بيعه خارج نطاق الترخيص.

11. التوفر والتحديث

يجوز تطوير النظام أو تعديل أو تعليق بعض خصائصه لأسباب تشغيلية أو أمنية أو تنظيمية، ولا يضمن عدم الانقطاع بشكل مطلق.

12. حدود المسؤولية

في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا يتحمل المشغل الخسائر الناتجة عن بيانات خاطئة أو مستندات ناقصة أو رفض أو تأخير جهة خارجية أو تغير الإجراءات والرسوم أو تعطل مواقع خارجية أو الاستخدام المخالف للتعليمات أو القانون. ولا يستبعد هذا البند مسؤولية لا يجوز قانوناً استبعادها.

13. التعليق والإنهاء

يجوز تعليق أو إنهاء الوصول عند إساءة الاستخدام أو الاشتباه في نشاط غير مشروع أو مخالفة الشروط أو متطلبات الأمن، وفق القانون.

14. تعديل الشروط

يجوز تحديث الشروط عند تغير النظام أو المتطلبات القانونية أو التشغيلية، وقد يطلب قبول الإصدار الجديد قبل متابعة الاستخدام.

15. القانون المطبق

تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المعمول بها في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة مع مراعاة الاختصاص الذي يحدده القانون والعلاقة التعاقدية الفعلية.

16. بيانات المشغل

قبل الإطلاق التجاري يجب إدخال الاسم القانوني للجهة المشغلة ورقم الرخصة والعنوان وبيانات التواصل الرسمية.

These terms govern use of Reach Your Deal. By using the System, the user acknowledges having read, understood and agreed to them.

1. Nature of the System

Reach Your Deal is an independent technology system providing organizational tools for typing offices, service providers and users, including transaction organization, document preparation, PDF/image tools, calculators, invoices, templates and service links. It is not a government authority and does not represent or act for any ministry, authority or government department unless a specific official authorization is expressly disclosed.

2. External Links

Government and third-party links may be provided for convenience. A link does not imply partnership, endorsement or official representation. External services have their own terms and policies.

3. Transactions

The System does not guarantee acceptance, approval or completion of any transaction. The relevant authority determines acceptance, rejection, additional documents, fees, processing time and service conditions. Users must verify current official requirements.

4. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, currency and lawful use of information and documents and must have the necessary right, authorization or consent to process another person's information.

5. Prohibited Use

The System must not be used for forgery, fraud, impersonation, misleading alteration, unauthorized use of data, access-control circumvention or unlawful activity.

6. Document Tools

Scanning, cropping, compression, merging, page management, conversion and Document Pack features are technical tools. Users must review final outputs for accuracy, clarity, completeness and authority requirements.

7. Calculators and Fees

Calculators and estimates are convenience tools and are not official government pricing, tax advice or accounting advice. Actual fees and rates must be verified with the competent authority; official information prevails.

8. Templates and Information

Templates, forms and explanations are for general organizational and informational purposes and do not constitute legal, tax or accounting advice or a government decision.

9. Account Security

Users are responsible for login confidentiality and activity through their accounts and should report suspected unauthorized access.

10. Intellectual Property

The proprietary System design, software, brand and operator-owned content remain protected by applicable law and may not be copied or resold outside the granted licence.

11. Availability

Features may be developed, modified or suspended for operational, security or regulatory reasons. Absolute uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information, incomplete documents, third-party rejection or delay, changes to procedures or fees, external outages, or unlawful/incorrect use. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Suspension

Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, suspected unlawful activity, breach of terms or security requirements, subject to applicable law.

14. Changes

Terms may be updated as the System or legal/operational requirements change. Acceptance of a new version may be required.

15. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, subject to jurisdiction determined by applicable law and actual contractual arrangements.

16. Operator Details

Before commercial launch, insert the operator's legal name, licence number, registered address and official contact details.

توضح هذه السياسة التعامل مع البيانات عند استخدام Reach Your Deal، ويجب تحديثها قبل الإطلاق لتطابق البنية التقنية ومكان التخزين ومزودي الخدمة الفعليين.

1. البيانات

بحسب الخصائص المستخدمة، قد تشمل البيانات الاسم والهاتف والبريد وبيانات المعاملة والفواتير والملاحظات وملفات وصور المستندات التي يختار المستخدم رفعها أو معالجتها.

2. الأغراض

تستخدم البيانات لتقديم وظائف النظام وتنظيم المعاملات وإعداد المستندات والفواتير وإدارة الحساب والدعم والأمن والالتزامات القانونية.

3. المعالجة المحلية

بعض أدوات الصور وPDF في Tools مصممة لمعالجة الملفات داخل متصفح المستخدم، وعند عملها بهذه الطريقة لا يقوم كود الأداة برفع الملف إلى خادم Reach Your Deal. لا ينطبق ذلك تلقائياً على الخصائص الأخرى التي تستخدم تخزيناً أو خدمات خارجية.

4. الأساس القانوني والموافقة

تتم معالجة البيانات وفق الأساس القانوني المناسب، بما في ذلك الموافقة عندما تكون مطلوبة أو تنفيذ الخدمة أو الالتزام القانوني.

5. بيانات الغير

عند إدخال بيانات عميل أو شخص آخر، يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية امتلاك الصلاحية المناسبة واستخدام البيانات لغرض مشروع.

6. المشاركة

لا ينبغي بيع البيانات الشخصية. وقد تتم مشاركتها عند الضرورة لتقديم الخدمة، أو مع مزود خدمة وفق الضوابط المناسبة، أو عند وجود التزام قانوني. يجب تحديث هذه السياسة بمزودي الخدمة الفعليين قبل الإطلاق.

7. الاحتفاظ

يجب الاحتفاظ بالبيانات فقط للمدة اللازمة للغرض أو التي يفرضها القانون، وعلى المشغل اعتماد جدول احتفاظ وحذف فعلي.

8. الأمن

تطبق تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية مناسبة لحماية البيانات، مع عدم إمكانية ضمان أمن أي نظام إلكتروني بنسبة مطلقة.

9. حقوق أصحاب البيانات

يمكن ممارسة الحقوق المتاحة بموجب القانون، والتي قد تشمل المعلومات والوصول والتصحيح والمحو والتقييد والاعتراض وسحب الموافقة بحسب الحالة القانونية.

10. النقل ومزودو الخدمة

إذا خزنت أو عولجت البيانات خارج دولة الإمارات أو عبر مزود خارجي، فيجب الالتزام بالمتطلبات القانونية وتوضيح ترتيبات النقل الفعلية في هذه السياسة.

11. التحديث

قد تحدث السياسة عند تغير النظام أو ممارسات المعالجة وسيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث.

12. التواصل

يجب إضافة قناة مخصصة لطلبات الخصوصية والهوية القانونية للجهة المشغلة قبل الإطلاق التجاري.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains data handling when using Reach Your Deal and must be updated before launch to match the actual technical architecture, storage and service providers.

1. Information

Depending on features used, data may include names, phone numbers, email addresses, transaction and invoice information, notes, and document files or images selected for upload or processing.

2. Purposes

Data may be used to provide System functions, organize transactions, prepare documents/invoices, manage accounts, provide support, secure the System and meet legal obligations.

3. Local Processing

Some PDF and image Tools are designed to process files inside the user's browser. When operating this way, the tool code does not upload the file to a Reach Your Deal server. This does not automatically apply to other features using storage or external services.

4. Legal Basis and Consent

Data is processed under the legal basis appropriate to the activity, including consent where required, performance of the requested service or legal obligations.

5. Other People's Data

Users entering customer or third-party data are responsible for having appropriate authority and using it only for a lawful purpose.

6. Sharing

Personal data should not be sold. It may be shared where necessary to provide a requested service, with appropriate service providers, or where legally required. Actual providers must be reflected before launch.

7. Retention

Data should be retained only as long as necessary for its purpose or as required by law. The operator should implement a real retention/deletion schedule.

8. Security

Appropriate technical and organizational safeguards should be applied, while no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Subject Rights

Individuals may exercise rights available under applicable law, potentially including information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and withdrawal of consent where applicable.

10. Transfers

If data is stored or processed outside the UAE or through an external provider, applicable legal requirements must be followed and actual arrangements disclosed.

11. Changes

The policy may be updated when the System or processing practices change; the last-updated date will be shown.

12. Contact

A dedicated privacy contact and the operator's legal identity must be inserted before commercial launch.

إخلاء المسؤولية

Reach Your Deal أداة تقنية مساعدة وليس جهة حكومية أو مكتب محاماة أو مستشاراً ضريبياً أو محاسبياً. المعلومات والقوالب والحاسبات وروابط الخدمات لا تستبدل التحقق من المصادر الرسمية أو الاستشارة المتخصصة.

لا يضمن النظام قبول المعاملات أو ثبات الرسوم أو المتطلبات أو أوقات الإنجاز. المستخدم مسؤول عن مراجعة البيانات والمستندات والمخرجات قبل تقديمها أو توقيعها أو إرسالها.

الروابط الخارجية للتسهيل ولا تعني اعتماداً أو شراكة. وفي الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا يتحمل المشغل نتائج أعطال أو تغييرات أو قرارات الجهات والمواقع الخارجية.

لا يهدف هذا الإخلاء إلى استبعاد أي حق أو مسؤولية لا يجوز قانوناً استبعادها.
